Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Taiyary, including our website, apps, and the Mains answer evaluation, Prelims practice, current affairs, and related features. By creating an account or using Taiyary, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Taiyary. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using Taiyary, you confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate and that you are allowed to enter into these terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate account and profile information and to keep it up to date.
• Notify us promptly at sumit@taiyaryai.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
• One person should not share a single account with others; each aspirant should use their own account.

Taiyary is free to use. All features, including Mains answer evaluation, Prelims practice, current affairs, mock tests, and Ask AI, are available at no cost with no usage limits.

You keep ownership of the answers, uploads, and other content you submit to Taiyary. To run the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content back to you, and to send it to the AI providers we use so we can generate feedback and scores for you.

You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights or violates any law.

When using Taiyary, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe intellectual property, or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without our written permission.
• Upload malware, or use the service to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.
• Misrepresent AI-generated feedback as an official UPSC or examiner assessment.

Taiyary uses AI to read and score your answers and to recommend content. This feedback is meant to help you practise and improve. It is not an official evaluation, guarantee of exam results, or a substitute for your own judgement or professional guidance. Scores and suggestions may contain errors, so always use them as a study aid rather than a final verdict.

We are actively building Taiyary and may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error free. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

You may stop using Taiyary and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though some provisions, such as those on content licence, disclaimers, and liability, survive.

Taiyary is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, be error free, or that any preparation using Taiyary will lead to a particular exam outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taiyary and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, opportunity, or exam results, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. When we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Taiyary after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
